The one website I posted "claimed" at least 2 Russians were killed by the Israeli air strikes.


And allegedly, Netanyahu met with Putin in Moscow earlier today. Allegedly... Our media sucks so who knows.

BEIRUT/JERSUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel launched dozens of rockets into Syria early on Thursday, destroying a radar installation and hitting an ammunitions dump, Syrian state media reported after Israel’s military said Iranian forces in Syria had shelled one of its outposts near the border.

They left out the part where Israel had been bombing them almost non stop for three days .If that's not fake news I don't know what is.

BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:30 A.M.) – At approximately 1:00 A.M. (Damascus Time), the Israeli military fired several artillery shells towards the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) positions in the Al-Quneitra Governorate city of Al-Ba’ath.

The Syrian Army responded by firing missiles towards an IDF base in the occupied Golan Heights – no confirmation on whether or not anything hit its target.

Welcome to the proxy war. Anyone with an IQ above a table lamp knows the iranians have been supplying weapons (especially missiles) to terrorist groups in lebanon. The israelis had to choke on these developments while obama was president. With trump, its a different story. For all of the anti-semites out there I recommend you rethink why israel and saudi arabia seem to have come to terms in the past year. Iran is a toxic presence on this planet and the sooner the ruling regime is removed the better the world will be.

The Saudis seem to have done a 180 in the past 2 years. Their new crown Prince seems like he wants to modernize his country and be more socially moderare while aligning more closely with the West. I wonder what his motivations are for choosing to do so.

My guess (and also my fear) is that they're running out of oil and know that they're presently a one-trick pony when it comes to their economy. They need to modernize and diversify fast in order to stay solvent.

You may be right, but I don't see how this becomes world war III. I can see this becoming another proxy war, but I don't think the U.S., the russians or the chinese want a war.

As for the middle east - in the words of one of our greatest philosophers: "There is nothing wrong with shooting as long as the right people get shot."

The regime in iran is a scourge on this planet. The sooner they and their allies die, the better off this world will be. It is possible to be critical of israel and still hope they kill every last iranian stooge on the planet.

I see it as Russia almost needs to step up the game in order to save face. They have sworn to align with Syria, they cannot back down.

Iran will jump in if Russia is completely backing them because they know the US will back Israel. Any chance they have to kill American soldiers they will pick that up.

China is not going to do much of anything. They are happy where they are.

If this is really happening, then Israel and Iran are already at war. They are exchanging fire directly.
I can see Israel and Iran going full scale and it subsequently becoming a nation level proxy war between the US and Russia. I don't necessarily think the US and Russia want to go to war directly. That said, it's a volatile situation so anything could happen.

I hope you weren't referring to me as an anti Semite. I am against Israel because of her political policy's, I Have no beef With Jewish people , Im not religious , so I dont really care about their beliefs or the Muslim beliefs, Doesn't make any difference to me. But what's right is right, and what's wrong is wrong , I don't give a rats ass about somebody's religion or ethic background. I call em like I see em, Isreal threw the first punch as far as Im concerned. She has launched over 100 bombing missions in Syria in the last 5 years Syria, Iran ,ISIS, have not responded until now. So don't throw the anti Semite bullshit at me . (if you were) I criticize the US policy all the time , Im not anti American .

Israel knows if it starts a war with Iran The US will come to her aid and probably Eliminate the threat for a few years .

Honestly, I don't want to see another war in the Mideast , especially when its not in defense of our country. I put American interests ahead of any foreign interests including Israel's. If the Chinese were bombing groups inside of the US, Just what kind of response do you think there would be? And if Britain came to our aid do you think they would be wrong?

The law apply to everyone equally in theory. I don't jump on Israel's side just because they are an ally of the US. and I have no love for the Muslims. I look at things from a legal/moral perspective. what Israel and the US is doing in Syria is wrong on every level. Like I said I call em like I see em . No partially to either side.

I don't see Russia and the US going at it . neither side is willing to destroy their homeland for their tiny little allies , Never gonna happen. They may have skirmishes in theater, (Which we probably don't know about. ) But neither side wants a war.

As all of this was going on yesterday, Netanyahu and Putin were marching together in Moscow, in the Immortal Regiment parade to commemorate victory over Nazi Germany. The only two foreign leaders in attendance were prime minister of Israel and president of Serbia. After parade they laid flower reefs at the tomb of the unknown soldier.
