Get Off My Lawn! My Garand Arrived

13 days after I mailed my order form in, my Garand arrived.

Its a Springfield, made in either December 1942 or January 1943. The barrel is dated 1/63 with a bore that looks like new (I'll hhabe to get out the bore scope to verify ) . The operating rod handle is stamped "NM" so I'm pretty sure its an official National Match in every way rifle .

When you take the rifle down look @ the receiver leg, if it is etched LEAD you have a very desire-able rebuild .
