"Low-Key" Action handgun match. Elmira NY

I probably should have posted this earlier but there is still time.

This saturday the 26th Sullivan trail rod and gun club is doing one of their action handgun matches.

It's a single stage 31 round course of fire, not timed fun event, this one is halloween themed.

I'm hoping to get there around d 9:15 or 9:30

This part I am not sure about sadly.. this will be my first time at one of their events. I just joined this range a few months ago, and they just built this pistol range (BOCES students actually) and the one other event they did like this I was going to go to turned out to be on my moms birthday so I made the easy choice of skipping it lol.


But I will report back when I find out this Saturday

When going over the rules they never said that wasnt allowed so I would assume yes it is permitted

Yea me and @Kirk_STNY went. I know I had a blast and will be going to any of their future ones they have. Everyone got to shoot the course (31 rounds) twice and they had a grill set up for lunch halfway through

Oh well then in that case keep an eye I'll post up when they are doing the next one. There is a video I posted up above i believe showing the run to get an idea of what they are like.

If interested there is also other matches (more similar to a uspsa/idpa) done at pine city gun club that I try and go to I'll post when they start back up if you are interested

Yes, please post matches. This one was lots of fun. I did the course 4 times. Twice for 9mm and twice for 22LR.
