Well not exactly but agree with your post... the actual day of week fluctuates year to year and would not be in state election law but Election Day is always the first Tuesday in November

There is proof of that within the frozen results in deep blue New York. (No mail in ballots are counted as yet) indicating the President has gained in popularity and it translated into a higher percentage of the NY vote he received in 2020 over 2016. If it translated here, it certainly translated to an even greater percentage in the swing states. New York State is deep blue, so there was no significant campaigning by either team here. There was also no need for the Democrat machine to fully activate the voter fraud apparatus that we all know was apparent almost immediately in all the swing states.
I have written many times, that the Democrat city machines were caught by surprise in 2016, and could not overcome the Trump stampede from the suburbs and exurbs in the swing states. The problem was corrected and stress tested by Democrats in the 2018 midterms. They were plenty prepared for it this time, seeding the playing field by changing election rules illegally under the cover of the Wuhan Virus, and expanding their capacity to cheat via mail.
New York media has pounded the President for four years 24/7. The State Attorney General and the Southern District here have perpetually sought the head of Donald Trump. All through the Covid crisis, local radio at the top and bottom of the hour, started their news with…Cuomo says..De blasio says…the negative stream of TDS was relentless. With all of that, the President has still increased his vote percentage in New York.
The vote count in New York is frozen at 84%. I presume it to be pristine, because It does not include the suspicious mail in ballots as yet:
His vote total in this frozen snap shot shows an actual increase of 3% to 40.3% while Biden’s percentage dropped a half percent below Hillary’s in 2016. Part of the President’s increase comes from the African American and minority movement towards Trump.
This increase in the president’s popularity is reflected in his increased vote percentage in NY. That increase should have been reflected more so in all the swing states, with the exception of Florida, it wasn’t. When you overlay this NY result on top of the critical swing states, especially the ones with big cities (Wi, Mi, Pa, Ga), it doesn’t make sense that the President’s vote percentages would be the same or fall there rather than rise while the value of his popularity has actually increased in deep blue New York.

On Saturday, Newsmax reported that Fox News canceled Judge Jeanine Pirro’s program after the network learned that she planned to cover issues related to election fraud in the 2020 race for the White House.
