She has given specific dates when things were to be filed. First it was Monday or Tuesday this week. Then it was Today. So far nothing. Nobody cares (or even is aware) of what we may feel at NYGF. But there are nationally syndicated people who are also noticing and talking about it. Tucker and Limbaugh to name two. I just don't think making these outlandish claims helps the cause. Esp after failing to meet self-imposed deadlines. JMO personally I hope she knocks it out of the park. I just don't feel she did herself any favors making these claims on the public circuit.

Understood. I also haven't gotten where I am in life by caring what other people think about what/how I do it, except for my family. As far as deadlines? I chalk that up to shit happens. It's an imperfect world. We are on the same page here. I am just less concerned about perception. I'm sure that MSN article as well as most others will also embellish a wee bit in their vitriol hated for Trump lol.

Mailvox: an analysis of the Powell filing in GA




An experienced attorney analyzes Sidney Powell's legal filing in GA concerning the electoral fraud aided and abetted by GA politicians and election officials. The 104-page PDF complaint can be found here. Note that she also filed a lawsuit in MI, which is not analyzed here.

I have been a practicing attorney for 25+ years. The last 15 years I have spent mainly federal court representing persons accused of crimes, so I am quite familiar with federal court, federal procedure and other matters. Here is my take on Ms. Powell’s complaint. I aim to be dispassionate, not because I do not care but because we should be honest. I am not going to smooth over issues just because I hope Ms. Powell wins.

My point is to give background and overview and to advise on what to watch in the future. I have tried to make this post generally neutral and informative. I could not locate exhibits, which are crucial, but they are cited many times in the complaint. So, here are my few observations as an attorney with decades' in federal court:

Sidney Powell released the Kraken in Georgia
Sidney Powell promised to release the Kraken and show Americans the scope of election fraud on November 3, 2020. Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, she filed a 104-page complaint detailing everything she asserts took place in Georgia. This post will give you a very brief overview of the allegations.

You can view the complaint here. The narrative bounces around, so I've organized it by chronology and subject matter. The causes of action arise under Georgia election law, federal law, and the Constitution.

The complaint repeats what Powell has said before about Dominion and Smartmatic voting machines being created to help Hugo Chávez win elections. (You can learn more about Dominion's history here.)

Powell quotes a Venezuelan whistleblower's direct testimony about the two systems, including Chávez's requirements that the software would hide vote manipulation from audits. The computers were designed to enable virtually endless vote manipulation throughout the voting process, whether printing ballots, feeding them into the counting machine, or actually counting them.

The computers were also connected to the internet, so, when it came to data manipulation, no one had to be physically present with the computers. The systems have been associated with election fraud in various countries.
