There comes a point in life where denying the inevitable, no matter how much you may disagree with it, is only setting yourself up for more disappointment. Electors certified their votes for Biden this week and on 1/20 he'll be sworn in. Denying it at his point is just silly and counter-productive.

As far as the article goes, the executive branch doesn't have the authority to do what NY did with SAFE. Will they try? Possibly. Do I care? Not really. The whole country needs to have the restrictions we have in NY. It's the only way we will ever see a case before SCOTUS and possibly regain our rights in NY.

The big one I seem to be astonished over as that I am relatively an Idiot.....is universal Background checks...maybe cuz in New Yorkistan but isnt that already what we gotta do...we do background checks for everything and sale...or is just for the other states that "allow" private sales between two people....forcing them to go to the FFL an do a BG Check.?????? I mean we already do all that...or at supposed to be???

We can argue that there was election interference until we're both blue in the face. The deep state will not allow anything to come of it. It's not defeatist. It's called being an adult and accepting reality.

Besides what am I supposed to do about it? Take up arms? I'm not a soldier. Investigate the fraud? I'm not a detective. See where this is going?

If I was on an airplane with two failed engines and a broken wing I wouldn't attempt to pilot it to the ground at that point. There is no "path" to a safe landing anymore.

I think he'll last as long as he needs to in order for Kamala to be eligible for at least two additional terms but we shall see.

Democrats tried to negate the Electorial College 11 times in 2016. Biden was Senate President and gavel them down because there accusations was only made bt Representatives they needed one Senator to also object. Perhaps. But, definitely resist. At a minimum, nonviolent civil disobedience with regards to any unconstitutional legislation forced upon the nation by a regime that ascended to power through illegal means.
