If the unsafe was repealed for the upstaters I would be glad and relieved.
I would still feel bad for our freedom loving downstate brethern, but I would be getting more rights and freedoms back so I wouldn't complain.
NYC are the surrounding area should just be part of NJ or become their own state. they have nothing in common with the rest of the state and they ruin everything.
I'm sorry but I'm trying to be logical and realistic. IMO downstate is a lost cause of liberal insanity. If we upstaters have a chance to get freedom back I would take it. However I really want the whole dann thing repealed but again, downstate is a bastion of liberal ideals. They would never go for it willingly and the rest of the state doesn't have the numbers to over turn it in referendum. It would need to go to the supreme court and who knows how likely that is. The stupid law is in place because of downstate in the first place.
