I have always said that politicians who work to undermine the Constitution should lose any and all "qualified immunity" they think they are due.
"Qualified immunity" is for actions taken in the progression of their duties. NONE of their duties involve Constitutional infringements.

What, exactly, is the difference between resisting and interfering ?

Because when it comes to law enforcement engaged in an actual arrest or investigation, the latter of those is a felony.

Are they admitting she was "trained to interfere" with ICE ? Doesn't that constitute a conspiracy including everyone involved ?

All that CNN take shows me is that one lady licker seems to be obeying and get out of the car before the dead lady licker takes off towards the officer. The last post GOP shows the licker that got out of the car just got out to harass the officers, tries to get back in but the doors are locked to keep the officers from opening it. Does CNN really think that insinuating the passenger was complying cancels the fact that they were both there to impede ICE and one actually tried to run an officer down? How stupid are people that they actually swallow that bullshit so freely?

No. It was a setup. They parked there intentionally to obstruct ICE. The woman who got out was filming, hoping for an encounter. She got one.

Being so far up in the North Woods we really haven't seen anything more than about 20 losers "protesting" in Watertown's City Center...same crew, same response from the community: FOAD!
