For a lot of people it seems to, I’ve never found anything remarkable about it, like I said for some reason it doesn’t work for me, like it works for everyone else. I just traded 3000 rounds of it for 3000 mini-mags, both of us are happy.

Target C was after about 90-100 shots, that was the best target I got, CCI SV just does not seem to work for me. The Federal bulk is also a lead bullet, no copper wash, I have no issues with it from a clean, cold barrel, in any rifle.

Maybe it’s me or the specific rifles I’ve own, I had 6 rifles bedded, none of them shot better, 5 of them I either removed it or replaced the stock. And about 90% of the rifles, shot better with a chuck of rubber sheet clamped between the fore stock and the barrel.
