That has all the indications of a Morel. Honeycomb cap exterior, hollow cap, hollow stem, stem joins to cap at bottom of cap - stem does not protrude into cap. Lookalikes (sometimes poisonous) may have a brain like appearance on the outside of the cap, but wont have the nice honeycomb this...

Looks good. Is that debris in the stem from you opening the cap earlier? The hollow stem should connect directly to the hollow cap, and there shouldn't be anything in the center.

If the stem is hollow as well (no cottony fibers) then it's likely to be a Morel.

Maybe throw some sheets/tarps over your favorite tree and put a propane lantern or other heat source in the tree? The heat will rise and the sheets would help trap it. Might save some of the tree. Could do the same with the blueberry bushes, a regular light bulb might even put out enough heat...
