I am planning on attending both matches in the area this year. I shoot a lot but have never done any actual competition’s. It’s time. Even if I do suck, screw it. I love shooting and I want to have fun doing it.
So who is planning on shooting GSSF this year(don't mean to hijack thread)? I signed up GSSF this year as well. Just wondering what kind of turn out there will be.
Came across this High Standard Duramatic at the LGS. I know it’s bottom of the line but I’m still very happy with it. Decent price, original box, 3 mags and fantastic shape. Suits me just fine, I reckon!
My go to for conceal carry with an optic is a Contender. Just feels natural. May seem a little slow to some but with the scope you can see the evil doers coming from a ways off!
I always like watching stuff like this but ultimately for me it doesn’t compare to real life use. Sure a light might get dropped on a rare occasion, sure one my drop their light in the toilet with the floaters while looking at posts on NY Gun Forum but because one light (or a gun, a magazine, a...
Anyone have any experience with shooting the Dot Torture Drill? I’ve done it 4 times so far. I have been doing quite a bit of dry fire with the Dry Fire mag lately. Looks as though it is helping. I am trying to become proficient at the Dot drill as it is a prerequisite for a 2 day red dot class...
My family has about 450 acres, my father in law and his brother own it. 4 years ago I went with them and spent the day remarking all the boundary lines. Besides it being a good day of hiking, ball busting and laughter, we found 3 tree stands that were not ours. We proceeded to cut the straps...
First time at Pugh today. Wanted a P80 to stow away amongst the collection, had a S&W shield that was not my favorite, they took it in on trade. Great transaction. Friendly and awesome selection of ammo. Will definitely be going back.
I have 7 22LR pistols. The TX22 being one of them. I enjoy the gun very much. It’s a solid shooter, it’s accurate, decent trigger, feels good in the hand, 16 round capacity in free states. However, being a lefty (I know, i know. Obligatory lefty joke inserted here. Eat me!) it’s not the best. My...
Pays to keep visiting shops! Always wanted a Saiga and it was a good price. Need to take off the dumbass plastic rail and buy a rear sight. Mosin was just icing on the cake!
