I was surprised at how small the chassis box was. I still have a couple XLR chassis boxes and they're big enough to fit 2 full size rifles in! Rings are on the way, still haven't decided on a scope...I'll post a few as I get through it all.

Brownells had (has?) Howa 1500 heavy barreled actions on sale for $299. The Howa gets a lot of love from many and since I've never tried one I had to give it a shot. I found a coupon and ended up with one shipped for $289. I'm putting it on an AB Arms Mod X Gen 3 chassis, Witt machine brake...

I'm looking to see if anyone has a .308 long distance rig or barreled action they want to sell. I'm ready to buy or build today. I'll consider anything .308, 24" - 27", heavy and/or fluted. If you have a complete rifle I'd want a chassis system (XLR, AB Arms, etc)
