IF .... the allegations are true, and IF they succeed in dissolving the NRA, the gun lobby will not just go away.
New York Citizen's Defense League perhaps?
I'd like the same treatment for Bloomberg. He spent millions to turn a few key counties in Virginia blue.
Me? I think you misunderstand my post. My point is that the mandatory quarantine order is un-constitutional. The dynamic duo keep doubling down on this. If you made the list by testing positive, then that is an entirely different matter and can be adjudicated by the courts. But if you are just...
“This means that they willfully refused to comply with an order issued by a Judge/Court, not (an executive order from Gov. Andrew Cuomo).”
Due process happened in this case.
Late for the conversation (as usual) ....
Executive Orders are policy statements for the executive branch of government only. They are non-binding to private citizens. BUT ... they do effect private citizens when they HAVE to interact with government (ie - liqueur license, hair license, drivers...
Good to know. They (Bud's) were my second go to ....
Has anybody purchased ammo from Cheaper Than Dirt? I used to find good deals on their website ... before I moved back .... ummm .... here.
The states travel advisory is un-enforceable. At this point FUAC is just muddying up the waters. What person in their right mind would voluntarily put themselves in a no-win situation?
Tax revolt .... why should we pay for his failed policies? @FUAC "You reap what you sow". He killed the state economically for political gain.
Moving away doesn't help, the other states are not that much better. Better to stay and fight it out.
More often that not, most of the rifles (T/C and Ruger) are restricted just because of the dreaded threaded barrel. All of them are out of stock anyways, so at this point it's a non-issue. If I get a chance to get my hands on one it will be through Gallery of Guns. I've had good experiences from...
Very nice indeed! I over looked this rifle before, I may need to give it another serious look.
On another note, I think production is trying to keep up with demand (or at least that is my wishful thinking).
I found one and seriously thiking about picking it up. I have no experience with this brand, but I've read some good reviews regarding the T/CR22, some regard them as Ruger 10/22 knock-offs. Does anybody have any real experience with this rifle?
You can impeach a governor, but I think an easier approach would be to remove emergency powers granted to the executive. I contacted my Assemblyman and State Senator, requesting (or rather suggesting) that they pursue just that.
Has anyone been able to purchase one of Ruger's 9mm carbines in NYS? They offer a NYS compliant base model and I am seriously considering purchasing one through Gallery of Guns or Bud's.
As long as certain people "buy" elections (Bloomberg), they will get the legislation that they want pushed through. I have seen this first hand in Virginia. We need to have a real grass roots 2A Sanctuary movement for upstate counties.
Me at work ...
Seriously though ... I have the same problem at work in regards to the vocal left. However, I tend to believe that there are more of us than there are of them. We just need to speak out more.
It's complicated ...
To be up front, I am moving from Virginia. The politics are mirroring those of NYS. I'll give it a few more years before it'll be just as bad if not worse.
I've searched the internet, but don't see any real reference in regards for what is required to purchase a rifle or shotgun. Is it as simple as filling out a form for NYSP and the ATF plus the background check? Not really sure what to expect when I walk into a LGS.
Thanks in advance.
Hello ... born and raised in WNY, left for the service and now back and living in CNY. I'm no stranger to guns (big and small), but I had to let them go because all of them were not NYS compliant. Now I have the task of rebuilding my collection, could be fun, definitely thinking that it will...
