The difference here is that the Constitution gives only the state legislature the right to make election law. Others are not entitled to hijack the responsibility. I doubt it will be laughed out at SCOTUS

Light rifle is best. Carry all season and you may get two or three shots. So you don't need the weight to dampen recall. Make carrying your main interest.

They didn't do that for me when I renewed my driver license. I had no license for two weeks. It had taken six plus weeks to get a license from the time I mailed in for renewal. They are swamped because of covid19.

Honest estimates help. You don't need exact numbers. "Honest" is the key word.

The higher the count of cases go, the lower the death rate goes. That means when one statistic is incorrect, it is folly to use them in calculations.
