If you have the option try to get some range time with similar guns to see what you’re most comfortable and proficient with. For example if you have friends or family that could take you shooting.

I typically pull over and lock my pistol and mag in a lockbox that is secured by a heavy cable to the seat frame rails. Out of sight out of mind imo. I won’t conceal carry it anywhere on school grounds.

I’m torn on my choice for flashlight.. maglites are a solid light, decent output, 80hrs of runtime and could be used as a weapon if needed but obviously it’s on the larger side. If I was constantly on the move it probably wouldn’t be the best choice, probably would go with a reliable brand...
