The 180 hard cast will go 1800 from a carbine. Comparing pistol barrel length to carbine is apples to oranges. Yes a 9mm will kill a deer but it’s far from the ideal tool for the Job. Both don’t always pass through if they hit bone.

The 160 gr felt like a warm acp. The 255 gr hard cast hunting loads will wake you up a bit. Nothing all that bad though.

police trade in usp .45. These are overbuilt and make a great .45 super or .45 smc pistol. Cleaned it up to get the donut crumps and powdered sugar off it. It shoots real nice!
