Is the allowance given yearly or is it s one time thing? I know Court officers get a yearly allowance and if they don't need to buy new stuff (they rarely do) they pocket the money. When I had to but new suits for my previous job tax payers didn't pick up the tab.

Petraeus is an ass. His own people at the CIA blew the whistle on him because no one liked him. He would put off important briefings if they interrupted his treadmill time. FUDP
Target sports is not a charity?! They are actually in business to make money?! A business would have to be stupid to not adjust prices according to demand. There is no such thing as gouging. It's all supply and demand. I have places many orders with them and never had a bad experience.

Like sanctuary cities follow federal law. I hope you're right. I just doubt it will occur. Maybe it's due to years and years of living under shit laws.
I know they do. Most are not making what cops pensions in this state are paying though. I won't hold my breath waiting for a national permit that's valid in the city. Not going to happen in my life time and I'm in my 30's).
If I don't want to wait usually galco. I like leather better for the most part. I have high noon, allesi, milt sparks and a few others. They are all quality although I like the high noon the least. It squeaks more than any holster I have owned.

Think of all the dead Germans that would have made it through ww2 if they only packed some frying pans or floor boards. Thank goodness they didn't have an internet connection in 1940's Germany.

A Saiga in it's stock form is a fine rifle. It's about as good as it gets in this state (IMO). I like them so much I bought three! I miss they days when they only cost about $350.
The short barrel might not penetrate all those floor boards like that Beretta did. Could be a huge issue. You better man up and carry a full size in case someone is attacking you behind numerous floor boards.
Human and deer anatomy are not really comparable. Deer don't always present a frontal chest shot either. Why risk wounding an animal when better bullets for hunting are available?
Barnes makes an amazing 140 gr copper bullet that is fantastic for deer. It's the only hp I would use. Not much recoil either.

The cartridge's relatively poor ballistics were highlighted during the Philippine–American War of 1899–1902, when reports from U.S. Army officers were received regarding the .38 bullet's inability to stop charges of frenzied Moro juramentados in the Moro Rebellion, even at extremely close...
Are you now comparing the .38 long colt to the .45 acp? The .38 long colt is lighter and slower than the .45 acp. Energy does count. The .38 long colt can't even dent a frying pan.
