LOL my first thought was it's a good thing I do not drive either one of my trucks in Brooklyn.
Both trucks have a modified exhaust. And they are pretty loud.

Last month a sheriff's deputy was walking out of 7-11 when I was pulling in.
He said that I should do something about my exhaust. I told him that I already did.
And that the exhaust system is brand new from front to back.
He got in his vehicle and waved to me as he pulled out of the parking lot.

Has anyone thought of how this would actually work. We already know the answer to this. 95 dB at one inch or 1000 ft? That's kind of an important detail.
This study done in NYC of all places states the upper threshold of average dB in the city is already 95dB
