NY has exhibited it's malfeasance towards 2A exercise by it's resident citizens forever... Nothing new here and sorry to say, they don't give a shit what you think or have to say (see Safe Act & CCIA)... They'll do whatever the fuck they want to do!

That means 10-day waiting period after a NICs check and likely a ban on Glocks and Glock-clones (easily convertible to fully automatic and all that BS).

Talking to my representative here in downstate NY? Did that for 30 years. The only thing I would be doing anymore is putting my name on their list. NY is finished. I don't know what any of you are holding out hope for? The only way to save NY is maybe though the Federal Govt at this point and maybe the courts. Even then the state legislature will simply pass new restrictive measures. NY operates like instructions on a shampoo bottle. Lather, rinse and repeat. Never ending and legal battles take decades. Trump could step in an pull all federal funding for constitutional rights violations. Now that would be fun to see.

Maybe New Hampshire will show the way in its effort to create an electoral college process for in state voting. The one threat the founders recognized as a problem but failed to do in each state. Our state elections are what a pure democracy looks like. New Hampshire is tackling that now. Obviously what method they choose will be of interest here and in other deep Blue states.

The way I read it, hammer fired SA are exempt. It has to be striker fired and have a cruciform trigger bar. So glocks are called out specifically. I dont really see a cruciform shape on for example S&W or SIG trigger bard?
