I must have missed the part where he said he would also have everyone involved arrested and tried in court, from the lowest border worker who helped to the highest position in the Country who orchestrated it.

It's long passed time that government workers, at any level, who break the law get their day in court. oh... and no more immunity. Violating the Constitution and breaking the laws is NOT part of their job, so they have NO protection.

When you understand the legal ramifications of this poorly written amendment you will know why we need to rally all New Yorkers together and VOTE NO to Prop 1 on November 5th.​



1 The New York State government could have more authority than parents in making medical and other important decisions for children.


2 Children under the age of 18 could have the right to irreversible surgical and non-surgical transgender procedures without parental notice or approval.


3 Schools could be banned from disclosing to parents that their children are becoming transgender.


4 Biological males could be allowed to compete against biological females in school sports without restrictions


5 Protections for churches and other religious organizations and non-profits could be eroded regarding beliefs that run contrary to newly-created ‘rights’ in Prop One.
