While I agree, I also believe the entire election process could be administered fairly and securely on an application like Twitter with the incorporation of a blockchain.

When the clock strikes midnight on election day, all eligible voters can begin a fresh registration process with multi step identity verification, each mining a single token (ballot), and then using that token to cast their vote.

Announcing candidacy, nominating petitions, and campaign contributions could all be handled similarly.

I would even trust Musk (to some degree) to run that system.
