Looks like Patricia McCloskey's gun was inoperative at the time (had been disabled for use as a prop in a trial) and the prosecutors office HAD IT FIXED (made operative) AFTER receiving it into evidence. It also appears that Mark's AR was allegedly unloaded and no ammunition was found in the home.
