NYS probably spent more money recouping the costs than they will get in fines. $16,000. Really this is a press release for $16,000 because they shipped an entire 14 of these to NYS. We have better things to worry about I am sure of that.
As a result of this settlement, Walmart must pay $14,000 in penalties and $2,000 in fees to the state for illegally shipping realistic-looking toy guns to New York addresses.

It's funny how the same people pushing this are the ones calling it a constitutional crisis that Texas wants to ban pharmacies in other states from shipping plan B.

Not that I agree with Texas's position on that, but any lawyer arguing this case should absolutely be quoting the left's arguments in that one.
