bathroom gun

Anyone have a gun stashed in the bathroom, I feel that the shower is a very vulnerable place and the only place I usually don't have a gun within reach. I wanted a good spot maybe a hidden panel that I can access a handgun if need be. Am I dreaming or has anyone done thus .........ideas input?

In the shower, I keep a 380 between the 2nd and 3rd rolls of my gut.

When home I usually wear my gun at all times, if only to avoid being too lazy to put it on when I have to run out for something quick. Thus my gun usually the Shield, is with me in the bathroom. I have never had a long gun in the bathroom though, except in a few instances where I may have been fondling a new or favored gun while on the throne.

I buy stainless steel, treat with frog lube and use a water proof plano or pelican case when in the shower.

1. Someone has to make a toilet paper holder in the shape of a handgun.
2. I keep one in the shower. It's a water pistol.
3. If anyone threw back the curtain to assault me I feel the mental anguish of what they've just seen would certainly disable them to the point I could call the police and wait for them to arrive to arrest them....while finishing my shower umharmed.

I think it is funny some of the responses. I take this kind of stuff pretty seriously.

I live in a pretty good area; I have a gun in each bathroom (2). At least one in the bedroom. I have a gun in the living room and one in the kitchen. Not to mention the one that I carry.

Y'know what my problem is with keeping guns in every room? Someone kicks in your door, they come in and if you aren't right there at the door to stop them they have access to every gun that's out. I keep my carry gun on me and either the AR or the Mossberg under the bed. That's it.

The guns I keep around the house are not "Out". They are placed in areas that are out of site but easy to get knowing where they are. I will NEVER be a victim.

My wifey has the carbine and I have the handgun. The rest is locked up.

If I'm going somewhere it'll be on my hip once I get dressed. When I come home, it'll be on my hip until I undress. When I undress, it goes on the nightstand. That's it.

I'm not paranoid where I need one loaded in every room and one on my hip while wearing my Superman pajamas on the couch.

To each their own but I'm comfortable in my own home.

My wife asked me why I have a gun in every room once. I asked her,if I was in the bathroom while she was in the living room and someone kicked in either the front or rear door; would she like me to have a gun to be able to fight to her position or would she like me to fight to her position to get a gun?
