He reminds me of a blonde bimbo that just got moved to a different position in the latest administration. She too, was all about the 2A, until she wasn`t. She though, was taking alotta heat, had to move her and get ready to install a worse one. Kinda like what we`re headed for, here in NYS.

So what’s the option? Seriously?
I will say I don’t trust him at all on this, but he’s better than Hochul and the democrats. So what’s do we do? Do we toss away our vote when it is possible Hochul will lose or do you vote for Hochul then? Maybe we vote for him and that’s better than the alternative. This is the decision we make often, sad but true.
I said it in the beginning of this thread I believe and I’ll say it again. I don’t give a shit if he’s a dried up dog turd , if he’s running against huckleberry I’m voting for him. I don’t know what will happen, if anything regarding 2A in this gulag seeing as he’s just one of a handful against a demon RAT super majority but I never was a one issue voter anyhow .

Not that I have a dog in this hunt, but politicians that align with me on that one particular issue seem to align with a lot of my other beliefs as well.
I consider 2a rights to be a pretty solid bellwether for a representative.

Seems that`s what we do now when voting for the lesser turd of the stench, because they ALL, stink.
Even if we get a republican in, we end up with lame duck disease.

Here's my take.
We know what we have with hochul the horrible. She is an unqualified shape shifting political amoeba that will do anything her handlers tell her to retain power.
She is very much ANTI 2a.
It's clear. Very clear. She's terrible for gun rights amongst many other things.
I don't know anything about that other fella.
He's probably just as bad and is lying to us to get elected just like everyone else does. However there might be like a 2% chance he's being authentic and genuinely will improve our situation.
In this case I would vote for the devil I don't know, over the devil we already know.
And to keep things in perspective.... There was a time in 2012 when hochul received an A rating from the NRA for gun rights. Yup I bet most people forgot about that. All pandering lies. She has no moral compass and would sell her soul to get power.

Blakeman will not be the State's savior, his performance in Nassau is nothing to brag about, but things will be significantly worse under Hochul,... especially with the suck ass AG we are likely stuck with, a blue State Senate, and a likely veto proof progressive liberal Assembly.
By all measures and by a significant margin Hochul is worse for every taxpaying law abiding citizen than Blakeman.
