Merrick Garland isn't going to honor any subpoena. It doesn't apply to him as told by his masters. Of course he and they are wrong. Congress can Subpoena anyone at anytime for any reason. But his masters have assured him complete legal protection, a book deal and media job for his service.

What he said in a nutshell is this......
If Trump is elected, he will search out his political enemies and put them in jail. Trump will find ways to indict anyone he wants. He says even if the enemy doesn't get found guilty, just the charges will harm them.
