Yes trump refused to return the documents but Biden had the documents for 15+ years and they just said we handed them all over, then oops we found more that’s all there is, but oh wait the FBI found more now. So really what is the difference? Biden wouldn’t have handed these newest ones over if the FBI didn’t find them? So the only difference is trump said get a warrant. Biden, not so much. Brandon didn't know what he has/had, or where or how they are stored. National Archives and Justice wasn't aware of what documents Brandon stole. Biden did not keep the documents secure.

Trump as president was legally allowed to handle and declassify classified documents. Biden, not so much. As senator and as vice president, he was not authorized to remove or keep classified documents. He was not able to declassify documents. He was not legally allowed to bring those classified documents to his homes.

Trump followed the law. Brandon is a crook.

I agree but my point is the left will say Trump didn’t hand them over when requested and that shows intent to break the law. I mean they aren’t wrong in that if that’s the law but Trump says he has the right to them, is that true?? I’m no legal expert.
I agree Biden had no clue what he has or had, who had access to them and when. In fact IMO the lawyers went through everything and said they turned them all over but then the FBI found 11 more so to me that proves the same intent they say Trump had. Biden’s agents claimed everything was gone through and turned over, they will say it’s an accident but come on.

There are some from when he was in the senate as well. That’s even worse IMO and that means they have been floating around for 15+ years. Funny his lawyers say not to comment on what those documents are. That to me means they are top secret or damaging, maybe both!!

What is forgotten and key to me is the Biden lawyers went through everything and said they handed everything classified over and there was nothing left. I’m not sure on that date, but then the FBI searched the house and found more. To me they were trying to hide them or maybe they simply missed them, but the later seems not likely.
