Man, I'm surprised they let it go all the way to a grand jury.

I certainly don't want to be those 14 folks involved. That guy can now make that city and police department lives a mess as he's now in the green to do so. More so that it's publicly on record.

Yeah, I don't have any compassion for those officers who submitted to the unconstitutional and unlawful command from a superior! They are just as complicit as the idiot who gave the command.

Guess even today with all the publicity and everything else going on, there's still some that don't get it! They KNEW the guy wasn't breaking any laws, and yet, they complied with the unlawful order and direction to seize and arrest a lawful citizen exercising his rights and who was lawfully carrying.

Hope this guy makes big BANK from it and sues all those involved civilly too, so they can endure the same hardship he's had to experience...

If they knew they didn't have any PC for an arrest, then it isn't an arrest, it's a kidnapping.


If they are acting outside the authority granted by their badge, then they should be treated like some random Joe on the street who did the same thing.
