The more this happens, I'm really hoping something drastic will happen to these states that continue to "flip the bird" to SCOTUS.

Maybe something federally will come down and do something about it dealing with Article VI; It provides that state courts are bound by the supreme law; in case of conflict between federal and state law, the federal law must be applied.
