Youre like a broken record with your sovereign citizen comments. Your tongue must be shit brown from all your boot licking.Vancouver Washington , is located on the Washington and Oregon border.
A complete moron, and a typical sovereign citizen.................."YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER ME."
He was looking for a fight with LE, and got it.
W state has many protected zones and no carry zones. The SC may have been on the way to a mass casualty event, but was stopped.
He was initially detained and questioned............not Arrested.
You do not have to wait until the shooting starts to disarm, detain, and question someone with an AR 15 on the street...
Sane people just do not do that....................no need.
The godamned fool then tried to tresspass on private property, and advanced toward the cops with his weapon with the gun, to get to his car........... and was arrested.....................a mental competency hearing is likely.
I predict his gun rights will be truncated after he spends $10k on a lawyer.
Back in the day in the 1960's you could do that during hunting season but too many crazies have done mass shootings, 202 of them, since then.
I am happy he will likely legally be disarmed.
None of that matters. Does he have the right according to the law or not is the question? Are the cops enforcing a "feeling" policy? Hell my Dad told me how in the 50's 60's kids would bring guns on school buses for hunting. School bus drive would drop them off after school to some field to hunt. But then again Hunting doesn't have anything to do with the 2nd Ammendment.Vancouver, Washington, is located on the Washington and Oregon State border.

W state has many protected zones and no carry zones., like NYS.................The SC may have been on the way to a mass casualty event, but was stopped.

Everything tense but ok.
"KEEP THE FUCK WALKING, and we will arrest you when you enter a protected zone."

Well the Hornet's nest needs to be tamed then. I would say they are doing the same with the 1st ammendment more and more now too.Great, he exercised his legal rights. But it's never a good idea to stick your dick in a hornet's nest.
By the videos posted all over screwtube and the like, they apparently do it all the time...Some Karen sees a Rifle and automatically goes into nazi mode doing her duty to "say something" with bombastic reports to the authorities (trying for that citizen of the year award) and the Cops come and get all spaz even after figuring out it's legal, but that never stopped "Color of Law" at least until it cost them their qualified immunity.Brass Balls! While I would not care to do this it poses the question. Do we have rights or not? And if we do, What the fuck are the Cops enforcing?
Thoughts......

The term "Sovereign Citizen is a Manufactured Label mainly by law enforcement for someone asserting their rights. It was a Bullshit term crafted by the FBI and imposed on Law enforcement back in 2015 to target people.Youre like a broken record with your sovereign citizen comments. It's illegal to carry on private property ?No, he was arrested for carrying a firearm onto private property....the parking lot........... when he tried to enter it, and get his parked car.............after the initial LE questioning.
But the 1st instance, that he may now be arrested/cited for........................ is originally parking on private property with a gun to begin, with before the unpleasantness.
....................and the 2nd instance is for trying to get to his car and get by the cops, while carrying a loaded rifle.
His attitude toward the LE is a typical sovereign citizen.
I am actually surprised he was not shot 7 or 8 times.
Doubt it. It appears he was n private property and was asked to leave. He was likely arrested for trespass from the sounds of it.looks like he will be getting a big payday
How times have changed. I don’t even let people see my gun bag anymore and back my truck into my driveway to load my firearms for transport. My first autumn home after the war I would have someone drop me off at my favorite goose hunting spot at crap o'dark in the morning. around eleven I would head home, which was about four five miles stroll that included passing through the center of the village, gun in hand. No one ever bothered me a some even offered rides, strangers!
I want my country back!

1974 we all had guns in our vehicles in the school parking lot during hunting season .None of that matters. Does he have the right according to the law or not is the question? Same here, when I go hunting or the range I open the porch door and stick my head out and look up and down the street, if the coast is clear I load up.How times have changed. I don’t even let people see my gun bag anymore and back my truck into my driveway to load my firearms for transport.
While I personally would not do this stuff it sure can educate the public of their rights. Polices, Codes and the such have turned us into a police state. Now I see they are putting Flock cameras everywhere. Here is another example of rights being execerised. I believe that is reason these "Auditors" do this is to educate.

Can be, yes. It's illegal to carry on private property ?
Parking a car in a publicly accessible parking lot is trespassing ?
If we're in a place where that's truly a "hornet's nest" then we need some Raid.

Can be if you have prior notice from the owner of the property that it's not allowed. Can be, yes.
Can be, yes
This is why I said, Can be....Can be if you have prior notice from the owner of the property that it's not allowed.
But the cop would need to know about that notice, he can't just pretend it's illegal because *he* doesn't like it.
He can't even say "I know the owner wouldn't like that".
Do you know the answer to this ?This is why I said, Can be....
