I've got issue with the "unregistered assault weapon" part, but the idiots had it coming. Drinking and shooting don't mix. They give the entire gun community a bad name. We're already stereotyped enough.

I don't recall a law on the books about drinking and shooting at a private club or residence. There is open container law on public property and I believe there is now on the books some sort of law concerning assault type rifles.

I think if you ask a Ukrainian and a NYC yuppie "what liberty really is" you will get two complete different answers.

Everyone with a brain knows you go shooting first and then you go for some beers not the other way around.

Also there is a distinction between doing what is right and just, and doing what looks good on the books and the news. Don't have to be incompatible but I am just saying...

I have no issue with having a beer and shooting. Most likely a couple of beers is ok. BUT by then you may not be able to have judgment to stop drinking -- so I don't tell people it's ok. Confused?

Agreed, that's how I feel. I could give a shit about the SAFE Act, I'm so tired of it and being treated like a criminal for wanting to have a little fun.
