As exciting as all this may seem, most of the DNI report is in the Durham report. Durham was selected by the Trump administration in 2019 to be special counsel on investigate the Russia hoax. Durham had all those memo's and more in 2019. He sat on them till early 2023 when he released his report and the Biden administration sat on the findings until their term was up. Many of the crimes in both reports now exceeded the statue of limitations. Obama has nothing in writing in either report only staff telling the intel community that their findings are not acceptable and they need to word it better or come up with something else. So in short, the Republican ran the that report. In Trumps first term it was Republicans like AG Jeff Sessions that stabbed Trump in the back at every turn. The SWAMP protecting the SWAMP.
The only charges now are that of lying to congress and conspiracy to cover up a crime. Obama will simply deny any directive to his staff and the directors in the FBI, DNI, CIA and other agencies need to be careful in responding to what I believe is Trump trolling them with the DNI report.

As noted by Nunes, why did it take this long for the information to surface? That question showcases how corrupt the DC system -the Intelligence Community- is in its effort to protect itself from accountability.

Let me refresh on something that could potentially be a revelation down the road.
In 2022 a Florida judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by President Trump against Hillary Clinton. [65-page Ruling Here] The media enjoyed ridiculing Trump using the words of the judge who dismissed the case. As noted by the Washington Times, “Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointee, said Mr. Trump’s filing was too lengthy, detailing events that “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached.”
When I originally read the 108-page Donald Trump lawsuit filed in March 2022, it took me a few moments, and then I realized this was not a lawsuit; this was a legal transfer mechanism created by lawyers to establish a proprietary information silo.
In the aftermath of the filing, the silo created by the lawsuit is grounded upon attorney-client privilege, a legal countermeasure to a predictable DOJ-NSD lawfare maneuver, which unfolded in the FBI Mar-a-Lago raid and the subsequent Jack Smith targeting operation.
When I was about one-third of the way through reading the lawsuit, I initially stopped and said to myself this is going to take a lot of documentary evidence to back up the claims in the assertions. Dozens of attachments would be needed and hundreds of citations to the dozens of attachments would be mandatory. Except, they were not there.
After reading further, while completely understanding the background material that was being described in the filing, I realized this wasn’t a lawsuit per se’. The 108-pages I was holding in my hands was more akin to legal transfer mechanism from President Trump to lawyers who needed it.
That’s when I realized the purpose of the lawsuit. In hindsight, things became clear when the FBI later raided the home of Donald Trump, and suddenly the motive to confiscate documents, perhaps the missing lawsuit attachments and citations, surfaced.

According to my sources at the White House and the House Intelligence Committee, the White House believed in the fall of 2020 that it was crucial for the American people to read this House report before the November 2020 presidential election.

Yes in the NY's state legislature and then the judge in the case instructed the jury to treat the misdemeanors as felonies despite the lack of a required higher level felony.

Most involved have US code 18 sec 1001 hanging over them and those that lied to congress additional charges. I wouldn't risk a prosecution because of confirmation of what we all likely know happened. I don't need to be told I'm right. 
But Republican's dragged their feet on this with the Mueller and Durham reports. I am positive their are receipts kept to connect some of your favorite Republican of the that time or even now.
If you are referring to Bongino, its obvious as to why. Would you rather hear a story or take the legal path with no leaks and go for prosecutions?

BF, my prediction is, we will hear about some low hanging fruit that will get arrested some day, but as far as any big fish, it` ain`t ever happening. I`ll guess right around as the mid-term election`s gets closer, suddenly, "hey we got`em, were arresting so an so".
