Never. Earthquakes, floods, fires, locusts, any problem you can possibly name, does any country send aid ? No. But anytime any other country, even ones that are not our friends has a problem, we send planes full of food, clothing, building materials and money.

But never let your enemy's friends get it.

Corporations never actualy *pay* any taxes. They just collect them from the consumers for the government.

Consumers pay all taxes, corporations are only ever the middle men.
