These kids make a crap ton of money off these lemonade stands I’m I super sure the parents do not let the kids keep all that money. I know one family who is a good family and the kid selling lemonade can bring in $300 per day selling lemonade.

I've seen it reported that they've pulled in $6,200 since the theft.

The guy evidently went to high school in Connecticut and is currently a student at Tidewater Community College.

She is a very reputable person and she told me a few people stopped by and gave him $20 and one guy gave him a $50 for a cup of lemonade. I don’t live in a wealthy area but they live on the perfect street for it. It’s not a main drag but it’s a main cut through and her kid goes to a private school so they catch half the city on their way home from school because he’s home before our city schools let out. Also keep in mind this isn’t a daily thing and that was only once he made that. On average he makes about half of that from what she said.
They must be fairly profitable because there were a few kids doing it and then they would post that the goal was met and then they kept doing it. This is multiple families and not just the one I spoke with. One kid raised enough for a tree frog and the entire set up in half a day. I think people are just excited to see a kid out putting some effort into something and respond well to it. I was shocked as well.
