There are also many Conservatives who live here, we are just outnumbered. The problem with running is that the more people do this, it never solves the issue. It just lessens our numbers and gives the Dems free reign because there is ZERO opposition.

At least Brooklyn South and Staten Island have Rep. Mallotakis representing us. We also had some Conservative City Council representation until the last 5-6 years. Had people not kept running away, Bay Ridge would probably still have continued to be a Republican stronghold in Brooklyn.

Lee Zeldin lost the Gubernatorial race by a narrow margin. If all of those people who fled NY didn't leave, the outcome surely would have been different.

This was also affected by many lazy Conservatives who felt their votes didn't count because we are outnumbered, that mentality is really fucking us as a voting group.
