Everyone knows he's going soon. If you look at all the videos and pictures Harris is always right there in the on deck circle. Maybe I'm more attuned to it lately but I can't remember other VPs just hovering over the POTUS this way. The other power players are perched like vultures around him. Am I seeing things incorrectly?
