Another fake story. I heard NY is open for business... Cuomo told me so.

A big shout out to all of the corrupt folks running this state into the ground, starting with our pathetic corrupt governor. He did so well here, he wants to run for president and do the same to the country. If I screwed the company I worked for I don't think I would be able to get a bigger more important job at another company. My ass would be fired. Sadly the brain dead in this state vote him and his ilk in over and over. Pretty embarrassing.

Of course coumoroid is saying that's a lie. He forgot to mention that he has wasted BILLIONS on economic schemes that have done NOTHING to help Upstate residence. And I believe him when he say "I have reduced taxes to historic lows". Except that those "historic Lowe's" still leave the state with the highest taxes in the country. Sooo, his tax reduction are a net ZERO

Tennessee is nice, the people are friendly and the economy is decent, the major cities are lively, Memphis is a bit of a pit though. I might move there too. Also Tennesseans, while very nice, do not know how to drive.
I also like Georgia for all the same reasons as Tennessee, North Carolina is proly the strongest ecconomy is the southeast though.

I'll be moving as deep into thee hills as possible, I plan to live off grid utilizing solar and wind generation. I don't plan on living anywhere near a big city. Or even a small town for that matter

South Carolina, It's where I am from and most of my family is there.

IMO, there is just a better quality of life living down there for a number of different reasons.
The lack of "draconian" gun control laws and lower property taxes are just two of them.
The property taxes that we NYers have to pay are insane.

I'm also getting sick and tired of my trucks rotting out before their time.

I mean, to be honest, my plan is to move to Texas long term when possible. So yeah, I’d say it’s accurate. And I’ve lived in NY my entire life.

That being said, it doesn’t mean I’ll instantly not give a shit about people who still live in NY and have to deal with these bullshit restrictions, when I do move. It’s an infringement of the bill of rights, and the union shouldn’t tolerate it. If we allow it in one state, other states will just do the same eventually.

So if Cuomo is elected president, will the US become the leader in residents lost to other countries? Should I wait to see what happens and then move, or move to SC now and again in 3 years to 'destination unknown?'
