Automatic incline/decline. You can subscribe to Ifit and there are hundreds of rides and spinning classes in a very expansive library of workouts. Or use it manually without the subscription. Comes with 2 -2lb dumbells. Does not require special cycling shoes like Peleton. Only reason I’m selling is because my work will be taking me away during the week for the next 2 years and gym membership at PF just makes more sense.
