I'll give an example, only because I grew up in the Utica area, the Utica PD references YAH-NUN-DAH-SIS on their badges.



The above badge clearly depicts an Indian tribal reference and YAH-NUN-DAH-SIS which means: It’s an old Oneida Indian term, “around the hill”.

Exactly right. They can fuck themselves. Not a Law! BTW. The Dept of Education needs to be eliminated. Didn't exist until 1978. The localities should run things they way they see fit. All the Depts/Agencies were only created to monopolize and control things.
