At this point it is a forgone conclusion Biden is going to be sworn in. They are coming. If they get the senate in January they will do the full court press. If they don’t get the senate they will work the Rinos in the senate so it will take a little longer than they want. Make no mistake they are coming.

Here is the rub. Many states don't give a crap about how many guns you buy and they don't restrict you from buying them. Now if you want to carry concealed they require a permit. Can you see the difference between the NY pistol permit scheme and other states? NY YOU CAN NOT BUY WITHOUT A PERMIT. Think chicken and the egg.

Believe me,- I may live in NC now, but my heart remains in NY when it comes to fighting their unconstitutional BS.

I don’t know that throwing the whole Enchilada at SCOTUS is going to work. All of these BS gun laws were not put in place in one lump. I’m OK if we can get SCOTUS to tear them up in pieces.

Let’s see where things go now with ACB onboard. Hopefully, she neuters that douchebag Roberts but good.

It is “a fool and their money“ and we all know you are Anti-NRA but you Don’t have to be anti social as well. People spend their money on all kinds of things I consider to be foolish (glocks, mosins, Rossis, Taurus, bersas, Mac books, fords, houses and property in NY /sarcasm) however, I don’t purposely hunt for threads to tell them they are foolish with their money.
