Not all evil wears a uniform and loads people into boxcars. Plenty of evil has been done by regular looking people with an over inflated sense of power and official title with a pen and paper.

There isn't a circle of hell deep enough for people like this.

The average worker on Ft. Drum (Laborers, skilled trades, ,journeymen) on the high end made $45 to 50K a year...has gone up a little, but even Supervisors didn't break $66K a year.
