The comment was made on the April 30th episode, featuring guests Damon and Marlon Wayans. The gaffe, or perhaps admission, has reignited long-standing conspiracy theories about her biological sex.

In the clip, Obama is speaking to her guest about raising a child who is “transgender,” which warms her heart, “particularly as a black man, you know?” While she appears to be addressing the guest, the internet ran wild with the clip.
