Funny. I was out to dinner with friends last night, and my buddy was angst because he left his phone in his car. When asked why he was concerned he said that he always has it in case of an active shooter. (Low likelihood as our dinner location was pretty rural) I had to bite me tongue as I was legally CCing at the time. Now he's not anti-gun and even has his CCW. I wanted to say "Your PHONE??? WTF are ya gonna do? throw the fucking thing at them?" The response time where we were would be no less than 10-15m minimum.
