Sure it is. The president's official capacity is to direct the military.... commander in chief. He just has to officially direct them to do X and now X is an official act. The most recent ruling on this is horrible and strips away proper accountability.
I agree with nobody having immunity. That's exactly how it should be. I'm relatively confident all the people you mentioned are dirty. They all deserve to be investigated and charged if crimes are found. I don't care who you are, if you misusing authority you deserve the most severe consequences.

Don't remember exactly, no longer have the gun, was a sub $200 used Vortex. I can't afford really good glass lol. When I originally bought it, was a tossup between 220 swift and 22-250. Price won out.
"AR style" now essentially means a semi auto rifle potentially 100s of possible caliber choices

Based on the audio transcript and some of the videos, I would get most of those ladies off his security team.
Video was worse. One tried and failed to holster her weapon so just kept it in her hands. Another one took time to put her sunglasses on.
But at least the secret service detail that failed trump was diverse!

Only problem with that is then the secret service probably puts a bullet in that guy...
I remember back when Obama was the POTUS , Biden came to the capital region to tour a chip plant or something , can’t quite remember exactly what he was doing but I do remember that they shut down the Northway from Exit 1 to Exit 11 or something,north and southbound, all on and off ramps were blocked with state troopers as well as all u-turns. I was the last vehicle being let through exit 9 going south. I was last vehicle allowed southbound and I was lagging behind traffic so it was just me on the southbound side probably a mile behind the last group of vehicles heading south. They stopped the motorcade before the twin bridges until I crossed the bridge. On the bridge were snipers positioned in various locations and out in front of the motorcade there were multiple helicopters flying ahead and around in every direction. The point is, the amount of protection and pre planning that the SS goes through is to the point of that they DO NOT TAKE CHANCES and DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES . This was not a mishap, or something that they didn’t take into consideration, it was a set- up even without audience members screaming to authorities about a man on the roof with a gun. You’d have to have the mental capacity of rock to think otherwise
