The blue bullets in those hand-held blue machine guns can shoot down airplanes!!!

Wouldn't Simunition and an opposing force work better to practice tactics than pretending with blue guns? Like Tyson said, "everyone's got a plan until they get punched in the mouth".

It's expensive and there is a possibility of getting injured. Police tend to not have that many spare personnel either, if they are two men down they are hurting in the rotation.
