Yes. Both the CIA and the FBI are fatally compromised. Both agencies should be abolished and a law passed that prevents any ex-employee from having any job in law enforcement, up to and including dog catcher.
These two agencies were supposed to protect us from foreign enemies (CIA) and domestic enemies (FBI). They both conspired to overthrow the president and ruined relations between this country and Russia as a result. When the agencies charged with protecting the country become its biggest threat then it is time to eliminate them both and start over.

They may occasionally do some good work in America's best interests, but it's absolutely overshadowed by the danger they present to America.

We need an intelligence agency.
We do not need that one.
It's beyond reform. Needs to be burned to the ground and a brand new one built from scratch.
Maybe some low level agents can be retained, but nobody in management higher than a 1st level supervisor.
