Yes. Both the CIA and the FBI are fatally compromised. Both agencies should be abolished and a law passed that prevents any ex-employee from having any job in law enforcement, up to and including dog catcher.
These two agencies were supposed to protect us from foreign enemies (CIA) and domestic enemies (FBI). They both conspired to overthrow the president and ruined relations between this country and Russia as a result. When the agencies charged with protecting the country become its biggest threat then it is time to eliminate them both and start over.

The problem with agencies such as the CIA is that it's inevitable for evil people to abuse its powers. Once a Demonrat returns to the White House they'll appoint a fellow Demonrat and all sorts of horrible things will again happen.
