Sights and Red Dot For My 43X MOS

I have a Glock 43X MOS coming very soon and I was wanting advice for sights and a red dot optic since I will be using this as my EDC. Already have 2 holsters ordered (JM Custom Kydex AIWB Wing Claw 2.0 and a Tenicor CERTUM3 AIWB) and will keep the one that feels the best. Probably going to be selling my M&P 9C and/or Walther PPS 9mm also. Thanks ahead of time for your input.

I went with the RMRcc on my P365 because fuck china. More expensive and bottom battery but honestly very pleased with the optic. Unfortunately I don't carry the 365 very often.

For the first-time red-dot pistol owners like me, when I *thought* that a brand new Venom was sighted incorrectly, one pic is worth a thousand words. I even sent it back and the tech assured me that it was already 'zero'd and explained the mechanics of transitioning from irons to holographic red-dots. I thought at first that the dot was way too high, at first.
