Got more practice today with my P365 XMacro Tac-Ops with Ruger ready dot and TLR-7. Did 50 rounds bill drills at approximately 5-7 yards. Still need to get better on the draw as I want to tighten up the group. Would like to do another 2 practice sessions and then will feel comfortable carrying it.

Gun related this time. I sent the grip module from the staccato to McMullen Stipple Works for a reduction and stippling. Had him send it to cerakote the star while he had it. I must say he did a great job on the grip. It fits better in my hand and I could dip my hand in motor oil and still be able to grip this thing. Swapped out the trigger for a red dirt trigger. I had never heard of them before but It's a really nice trigger. They must have set it up for a staccato grip because the pre and post travel were spot on.

My 18 year old just told me he wants one. I offered him tinting his windows, cold air intake and turbo charger upgrades and his response was I don’t want you to spend too much money since you just bought me a car but I’d like dash cam because people are nuts. Ok kid fair enough. He’s getting his windows tinted tomorrow because I talked him into to it and I want the leather interior protected but I’ll get him the camera too.

Don’t worry we’re doing the tints tomorrow and when it warms up I’ll do the cold air intake for him. He doesn’t want us to spend too much money is all and I can appreciate that. Not sure about the turbo pipe upgrades but we will see.

Finally upgraded to a larger more efficient boiler Had two old boilers and two hot water heaters. One set for the B&B area and one for our area of the house. This unit will do it all and has virtually unlimited domestic hot water. Had this same system in our last B&B, it was flawless for 20 years till we sold the place.

You’ll need a good mower and good move. 3 acres is enough to slaw it ore than a chore and a part time job without the proper mower. Speaking of part time jobs did you get that one?
