Black on a blued pistol is too dark for my taste. I'd throw some color at it maybe red. Lots of colors to choose from.

I have been looking hard at the operator the LGS has no the shelf. It is about 1400 bucks less than the Sig 211 I have been looking at.

Put a FRT in a gen5 Glock, but it seems like ammo just got more expensive.
I have gotten .45 in the quantity of a muchness.
I ordered a 400 round lot of their 9mm and found it to have above average accuracy at only a small premium over regular FMJ blaster ammo.
Yes, I have indeed been shooting the snot out of the Colt and I intend to continue doing so.

I found a bag of 500 124 grain 9mm ammo under the back seat of my truck. I guess the ammo fairy rewarded me for picking up my brass at the range. I have one of those old man grabbers I use to pick up brass. Takes a little longer but doesn’t hurt the back or knees.

For my 1911. Not planning on carrying it but this will be useful for range work
I am a very nitpicky man and the color contrast between the talon grip tape and the rosewood grips bothered me so I got these black VZ grips. Undecided yet which I prefer in looks. In terms of grips and feel the VZs are outstanding and the dished out area makes hitting tge safety easier.
